You want to consolidate or stabilise the weight you’ve already lost:

If you have recently lost weight (less than six months), our common objective is to conserve and stabilise the True Weight you have reached.
If you have been maintaining your True Weight for a while but fear you might regain the weight you have lost, you can stabilise for the long-term with our help. This stabilisation will help you maintain a minimum of constraints for a maximum of True Weight stability.

Once your True Weight is calculated, we will be able to determine together which phase you should start our coaching.
