Dukandiet.co.uk is our English site for personalised slimming coaching; it has been developed on the principals of the Dukan Diet by Dr Pierre Dukan and it is aimed at selling our products and services to English markets.

As part of the development of our activities in the English market,
we are looking for a person (m/f) to join our Client Services team in a full time capacity at our Paris office (75008).

The post would involve giving telephone and email support for our English clients from the Paris office, as well as the moderation of our forum and other social media activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone queries and giving telephone support to our members.
- Receiving queries by email and giving email support in return.
- Selling our products and services to our English members and prospects.
- Analyzing and presenting to our English members, products and services based on their requirements and needs.
- Payment follow-up and recovery of non-payments.
- Moderation of the forum and other social medias

Qualifications:
- Complete knowledge of the Dukan Diet method.
- Fluent in English - preferably mother tongue.
- Good client service skills, confident, empathetic and effective communication skills.
- At least 6 months experience in client service, back-office or administration.
- Computer literate (Windows, Office, Internet) with a good knowledge of Client Relation Management (CRM) systems.
- Knowledge of online diet and nutrition sites would be a bonus.
