slimming secret of Dr Pierre Dukan
When you are on a diet or watching your weight, when its aperitif time this is a moment of truth and temptation which is likely to overturn your good resolutions.Here is a selection of solutions whch can easily be combined together. Nowadays, one person in two among you will be grateful for them.
1-Winkles: not only are these a source of ultra low-fat seafood protein but they are genuine slow food as it takes a long time to extract and eat them.
2-Cherry tomatoes: they're good, they're attractive, they're crunchy. They explode in your mouth. They are one of the least calorific vegetables on earth and have such a strong taste that they don't need any sauce.
3-Cottage cheese cherry tomatoes: halve some cherry tomatoes, scoop out the flesh then fill with 0% fat cottage cheese. A real treat!>4-Slices of chicken sausage: dense and satiating, select the most highly-seasoned.
5-Shrimps: anoter tiny, extremely low-fat, slow food.
6-Raw cauliflower: a winner for aperitif snacks.
7-Cubes of raw carrots: cut a carrot in 4 lengthways, then into slices to make pretty orange cubes.
8-Crab sticks: essential slimming food from the sea, healthy, low-fat and very rich in proteins.
9-Botargo: a Mediterranean delicacy of cured mullet roe, dried in the sun and coated in beeswax for protection. A great appetite suppressant, a little expensive but very effective.
10-A small dish of Tzaziki based on 2 star players in the fight against fat, cucumber and 0% fat yoghurt
