I was introduced to Dukan and never looked back!
I’m a hairdresser and constantly talking about diets with my clients, I was particularly intrigued when i visited one client who got slimmer and slimmer with each visit!
My Dukan story...
She kept mentioning the Dukan diet and having been an avid follower of one other diet which had successfully worked for me in the past, I was loathed to try something that I dismissed initially (& wrongly) as a fad diet.
I lost weight initially and have kept losing ever since.
You do have stagnant periods but then you get that with every diet.
The good thing is that you can eat so much food and actually what you are eating is healthy.

I feel so much better and love that i can get into size 8 and 10’s!
I am a firm believer that this is a great diet and definitely the way forward when it comes to weight loss.
It isn’t a complicated diet so there is no need to complicate it.
You have to read the book constantly so you remember what you are doing. It’s not rocket science and it does work.
I have found that the groups on facebook are very important and I really did need them and almost rely on them for information and support. I still do!
I stayed on the Dukan diet whilst on holiday and lost 4lbs in 3 wks – how amazing is that!!! & I ate like a horse!
