Stick to the diet you WILL lose weight!

My name is Yvonne.  I saw some holidays photos and was horrified - did I really look that bad?

My Dukan story...

A friend who we met on holiday said that she was going on the Dukan diet when she got home. 
She told me all about it so I googled it when I got home and decided to register online
I weighed 10st 7lb the day that I started and Pierre said my 'True weight was 9st 10lbs.

 I didn't have a problem with my 'Attack' days as I like chicken, fish and eggs.  I lost 3lbs during that phase which was great.  I then went into 'Cruise'. My fridge and cupboard stocked up with my 'allowed' foods. 

It seemed really easy.  I am Lactose intolerant so I was given alternatives to dairy products.

I always have wafer thin chicken and turkey in the fridge at work for when my colleagues get the biscuit tin out plus if I feel a bit hungry I get a few slices and it takes the hunger pangs away.

I also drink plenty of cold water.  I have baked both the Vanilla and chocolate cookies for when I craved something sweeter plus I always have sugar free jellies at hand. 
The Dukan desserts are also very nice - I have tried quite a few of those.

I love running and feel so much fitter since I have lost my weight. 

I now weigh 9st 8lbs, just under my 'True weight' but that is because I am training for my first 1/2 marathon which is in October. 

I completed the Lincoln 10k in April in just over 58 minutes.  My previous best time was 1hr 6mins!
I felt brilliant - my first sub 1ht 10k wow!   Losing the weight has also made me so much more confident, I don't shy away from the camera now!  I can't praise Dukan Diet enough and have got several of my friends on it now along with my daughter.  Thank you Pierre.


If you stick to the diet you WILL lose weight.  I have and I now weight less now than I have in over 29years!

What keeps me going: I only need to look at a 'Before' photo and I never want to look that again - I will NEVER look like that again!!!

The advice I'd give to others "Dukanians": Always have faith in yourself.  If you feel as though you are stagnating or just need that extra bit of help  always use the 'Live Chat' as there is always a reason why this is happening.  The support of the girls is fantastic, they will always pick you up and give you all of the help and support that you need.
