Stick to the diet you WILL lose weight!
My name is Yvonne. I saw some holidays photos and was horrified - did I really look that bad?
My Dukan story...
A friend who we met on holiday said that she was going on the Dukan diet when she got home.
I didn't have a problem with my 'Attack' days as I like chicken, fish and eggs. I lost 3lbs during that phase which was great. I then went into 'Cruise'. My fridge and cupboard stocked up with my 'allowed' foods.
I always have wafer thin chicken and turkey in the fridge at work for when my colleagues get the biscuit tin out plus if I feel a bit hungry I get a few slices and it takes the hunger pangs away.
I also drink plenty of cold water. I have baked both the Vanilla and chocolate cookies for when I craved something sweeter plus I always have sugar free jellies at hand.
I love running and feel so much fitter since I have lost my weight.
My favorite support Dukan food: Chicken as you can use it in so many recipes
My favourite form of exercise: Running
The nicest compliment I've been paid: "Wow you look fab!"
What keeps me going: I only need to look at a 'Before' photo and I never want to look that again - I will NEVER look like that again!!!
The advice I'd give to others "Dukanians": Always have faith in yourself. If you feel as though you are stagnating or just need that extra bit of help always use the 'Live Chat' as there is always a reason why this is happening. The support of the girls is fantastic, they will always pick you up and give you all of the help and support that you need.
