I went from a size XXL to a size M!
I'm called Clive, I'll soon be 42 and I've just lost almost 4½ stone using the Dukan method...
My Dukan story...
Since I was a child I couldn't keep the pounds off; when I was 24 I did manage to lose almost 6 stone but then within 4 years I had put it all back on again.
One day a childhood friend gave me Pierre Dukan's book "The Dukan Diet", however, it took me over 4 years to get round to reading it, although I had seen with my friend what this diet can do as not only did he lose lots of weight but he stayed at his ideal weight without too much trouble even after a few years.

I also saw another person aged over 50 with spectacular results who also had no difficulty keeping to their new weight. This was what decided it for me as I had finally found the long-term diet which doesn't just give you the solution for losing weight but also shows you how to stop it from ever going back on again.
I also drew strength and will power, encouraged both by the pounds I lost pounds as well as by the ones still left to lose. I didn't allow myself a single lapse "the sooner the better", this is also my new motto that I have made myself follow to improve my performance, to feel beyond reproach and get rid of any extra guilt, with my obesity I've had already had more than my fair share of guilt in the past!
