Hi there from Switzerland!

I signed in here to get some coaching after loosing already 14 kilogramm (31 punds) with Dukan since July.

What I am expecting is some help for loosing the last 3 or 4 kilos. And - whT's the main thing- I need some advise for consolidtaion and stabilisation phase. Want to get easily thru 170 days of phse 3 without falling back imto bad habits I had before.

Does anyone know how to make the coaches accept my plans? I am afraid that I get a plan for loosing only 4 kilos. Phase 3 should last a little bit longer in my case.

Some experience with that?

You would be better emailing the support team and explain your issue to them. Emial them through your slimming apartment click on the 3 envelopes on the desk in the slimming apartment  then click on  ' ask a question'  button if that button is not there the service is closed, it is open  10 -  10 mon - Fri British time and is also closed over French Bank Holidays.
