hi, ..i signed up tonight - i hope to start in the morning....i bought all my stuff tonight even though i havent yet received anything in my apartment yet...just says preparing quesionnaire..it is now past midnight so i hope i receive information very early in the morning so i can start?

my 1st big problem though concerns my yogurt....i bought yeo valley organic fat free vanilla probiotic yogurt. fat per 100g is only 0.1g but carbs are 14.5 of which 14.1 are sugars...it does list sugars in the ingredients list.....is this allowed?

if not do you know of any other probiotic vanilla and hopefully organic yogurts that are allowed? i also read that you can use vanill to flavout but my vanilla essence has sugar in it - which one can i use?

thanks so much

Hi danielle5,

Welcome to the coaching! Your diet starts the day after you complete your questionnaire, you will receive instructions in your slimming apartment.

The yogurt sounds just fine there are also some natural sugars you just must not have any added sugar so be craeful that your flavourings are sugar free.

Enjoy your coaching and if you want to contact us directly with questions please use the email in your slimming apartment.

Kind regards

Hannah

Hope you start well, I too wondered about yogurt and stick with activia fat free just hoping it is OK and it doesn't seem to have an adverse effect as I continue to loose weight, but I restrict myself to one every other day.

If it lists sugar in the ingredients then no sadly. Shape zero but only with fruit bits on Cruise. I didn't have any yogurt on attack lost 8.5lbs in 4 days. You can use plain fat free, I like the 0% Greek Yogurt especially in the Dukan Mayo 2. Wish you well, we're here for you.Smile

Bye 4 now Jo

Hi!

I am confused as well.  All dairy has lactose in it.  0% Greek Yogurt says 4.0 carbs with 4.0 of those carbs being sugar.  No wonder my weight loss has been slow.......I usually have 2  or 3 a day same for lowfat cottage cheese.  I have e-mailed the Team to ask.

Frustrated in Perth!!

I use 0% greek yoghurt with no added sugar and no fruit bits.

It is very thick and creamy, I add splenda and vanilla essence to it and it makes a lovely dessert, or snack or whatever you want to eat it for.

I am still so confused! Hannah is saying that yeo valley fat free vanilla yoghurt is fine and lobeth is saying no. Everyone never really give a direct answer  saying yes or no.

I love the yeo valley vanilla fat free yoghurt, is this something we can have at the cruise phase or not?

The rule for all dairies including yoghurts is that they have to be 2% or less fat, NO ADDED SUGAR and no fruit bits in them and a total daily limit of 1 kg.

0% Total Greek yoghurt is what I  use and  add my own sweetner and flavouring. Sweetner limit is 8 teaspoons a day.
