I have been following the Dukan diet since the end of March using the book only. I decided to purchase some of the flavourings so that my meals could be more interesting. I purchased 5 of them and my daughter and myself tried out the chocolate one and the hazelnut one and we both agreed that they tasted nothing like the flavourings they were supposed to represent and were unpalateable. I spent (wasted) over £40 on the flavourings and have contacted Customer Support twice by email to request details of how to return the items for a refund. Both emails have been completely ignored. Don't waste your money on these very artificially tasting flavourings and don't expect any support from Customer Support because you will be left disappointed and out of pocket. I will never purchase anything from this site again.

You are obviously using too much of the flavourings as you only need literally a few dropsSmile I use them all the time and have had no problems at all with any of them.  Try adding just 2 drops and then add another one if needed until you get the right flavour.

Most of us doing the Dukan diet have paid for coaching and we have an email facility to contact the support team and do get answers to our emails, but they can take 2-3 days to reply sometimes depending on how busy the team are and how many emails they have received. Smile

DUKAN IS A TOTAL RIP OFF! I HAVE PAID FOR STUFF FROM THE SHOP AND ONLY GOT 2 OF THE 5 PRODUCTS I PAID FOR! NO ANSWER TO ANY OF MY EMAILS AND THE ONLY NUMBER I CAN CALL IS ONLINE COACHING WHO HANG UP AND SAY IT IS NOT THERE PROBLEM!

 

BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF THE SHOP FOR 9 DAYS AND ITS ALWAYS A VOICEMAIL!

 

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!! HAVE NOW TAKEN THIS TO TRADING STANDARDS!

 

RIPPED OFF AND NOT HAPPY!

Progress!  On a whim I phoned the shop again (0844-338-0105 option 2, then option 1—this number can be found in the Credits and Acknowledgements link at the bottom of the shop page).  A very helpful consultant took my details, pulled up my order, listened to my issue and indicated that my missing items would be re-sent tomorrow.  I have just gone in and looked at My Account and sure enough there is a replacement order placed today.

I also have just now received an email from the shop in response to a query that I sent last Monday on how to order the picnic pack and asking for pricing.  The price quoted is two pounds less then I was charged on my invoice but I really can’t be asked to go chasing for it.

I’ll send an update if and when the products arrive!
