Can anybody advise me on how I can contact customer service? I can't send any messages to the coach/team? Not a very user friendly website I must admit, but the diet is fantastic!

You should be able to cantact the team through the email service but only between 12pm and 12AM.

I need to contact customer services and can't find an e-mail address. Can uou help ?

Check out the terms and conditons page at the very bottom left of this screen hopefully you will find what you need there.

To contact the support team click on my email or  the 3 envelopes in slimming apartment. The service is open 12 midday - 12 midnight Mon- Fri .

I certainly agree with you that it is not a very friendly website......good diet though, it certainly seems to be working for me.

I have emailed the 'team' 3 times in the last 6 days and not had any response  -  if I have a query now I ost on the forum and someone always helps.

i hAVE THE SAME QUESTION. CAN NOT FIND A WAY TO SEND A MESSAGE EVEN THOUGH AT THE BEGINNING OF THE DIET I DID SEND A COUPLE OF E MAILS. PLS HELP. CARLOSPABLO

Either click on ' my email'  or the 3 envelopes in the slimming apartment then ' ask a question'  but you have do it during their opening times 10 - 10 British time and they can take a few days to get back to you.

Either click on ' my email'  or the 3 envelopes in the slimming apartment then ' ask a question'  I have only two buttons, the ask a question button does not show up. Is there a time window when this button is operative?

Try clicking on the 'contact us' in blue right at the bottom of the screen that should bring the ask a question button up, that sometimes happens to me but i  have just checked and I have the ask a question button alright. You should also use Firefox as the web browser as opposed to internet explorer, if your computer doesn't have that you can download it for free from the web.

Hi all

The third button only appears when the email 'office' is open and operating (I think between 10am and 10pm British time)

I know this because I am in NZ and couldnt for the life of me see this button until one day, I happened to be in the email section at the right time  

I emailed them yesterday and had a reply this morning.

Hi, does anyone know how I can reset the website back to the attack phase as I have been away from this for about a year and need to restart. Would I have to re purchase? Thanks :) x
