Hi You should get your suggested menu's within 24 hours of completing your questionaire. Are you sure that thry are not waiting for you in your slimming apartment motivation tips section? As I said these menu's are only suggestions,I personally have never followed them, they are far to complicated and time consuming for me as long as you only eat the allowed foods for the phase youa re in you can do your own thing, sticking to all the rules of course. Check out the fridge and cupboard for the allowed foods BUT in ATTACK phase you can only have protein foods and of course your OATBRAN allowance daily.
click on the 'my programme' section then click on Attack for an overview of that stage. Spend some time checking out the site and forum there is loads of information and tips to be found.
